Globally, the Covid-19 pandemic affected environment, placing a strain on economy and all parts of human society. The effects are inevitable, as there is reduction in pressures natural ecosystem because lockdown social economic activities. Ecosystem integrity (in terms species diversity, endemism, threats) African countries with global hotspots for biodiversity conservation threatened.
